Hi, I’m José — a Munich-based Frontend Developer currently working at Travian Games.

I have over 11 years of experience in web development, with a background that spans frontend engineering and product design. I enjoy building interfaces that are clear, maintainable, and grounded in real user needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, biking, hiking, photography, and exploring new places. Between 2018 and 2019, I spent several months solo-backpacking through Asia as part of a longer journey that’s taken me to 32 countries.

Originally from a town near Málaga, I’ve lived in Madrid and Berlin before settling in Munich. Since March 2023, I’ve also taken on my most rewarding role yet: being a dad to a curious and energetic little human, which has added new layers of empathy and perspective to my life.
